About The University Of Veterinary & Animal Sciences

The University of Veterinary and Animal Sciences, Swat (UVAS Swat) is a dedicated institution focused on improving animal health and agricultural development. Located in the scenic valley of Swat, it is the first veterinary university in Swat, Khyber Pakhtunkhwa. UVAS Swat offers programs like Doctor of Veterinary Medicine, BS Biochemistry, BS Microbiology, and BS Medical Lab Technology. The university aims to prepare skilled professionals through quality education, practical training, and research. Under the leadership of Vice Chancellor Prof. Dr. Shakeebullah, UVAS Swat works to support farming communities and promote public health across the region.
